This policy exists because our services provide shared digital access to third‑party software tools, subscriptions, VPNs, VPS, and proxies. Once payment is confirmed via direct bank transfer and access credentials are delivered, the transaction is considered complete and irreversible.

1. No Refunds After Access is Granted

Once your subscription access is activated and login details are provided (typically immediately or shortly after payment confirmation), no refunds will be issued, including but not limited to situations involving:

  • Any technical issues, glitches, or reduced performance
  • Reaching or exceeding shared usage limits (daily/monthly resets imposed by original providers)
  • Temporary downtime or interruptions
  • Changes in functionality due to third-party provider actions
  • Account suspension or termination for any reason (including detected abusive usage)
  • Personal circumstances (e.g., change of mind or financial issues)

2. Digital & Shared Nature of the Product

Our services are digital and consist of shared subscriptions. Once access is provided:

  • It cannot be "returned" like a physical product.
  • There is no practical way to revoke or retrieve the access once delivered.
  • The underlying shared account is immediately affected by your usage.
  • Refunding would unfairly impact the shared pool and other users.

For these reasons, refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks, or reversals are not accepted after access delivery.

3. No Exchanges or Store Credit

We do not offer exchanges, upgrades, downgrades, store credit, or any form of compensation in lieu of refunds.

4. Pre-Purchase Responsibility

We strongly encourage you to:

Disputes or chargeback attempts will be handled in accordance with Pakistani law and may result in permanent account suspension without additional compensation.

All payments are made via direct bank transfer. Once the transfer is confirmed and access is granted, the transaction is final.
